| They are kind of acurate, but the most accurate way to measure body fat percentage is well as hiddenfromlove91 said. However, she is incorrect with her last sentence because that is not how body fat percentage is measured. That is the BMI. |

| they are not accurate. unless you go into one of those machines that you sit in forever. if you do it by your hieght and weight they are very inaccurate. because your body could be more muscle which causes a higher body fat persentage based off of height weight and age. |
