ok, so one of the things I don't like about my body is my butt. I feel like it's small.  Do any of you know any exercises to make your butt rounder and more noticeable? My new years resolution is to stop complaining and do something about it. Here's a few pics of me. I feel like I have to wear tight stuff for my butt to be noticeable. Here's a few pics also of what it looks like with jeans on. I hear squats and lunges work wonders. Anything else besides those and gaining weight?

I'll try taking one and having it up soon. I'll let you know when I have it. But wont toning my butt burn fat? I don't want to loose the fat and make it smaller.


no, u'll be getting a perky shape and contour lines, which are way more attractive than being "bigger" alone

when u build muscle u wanna do heavier weight (resistence) for about 10 reps, by the 10th you shouldnt be able to do any more, if u are then resistence is too light, add more and do 3 sets total of 10 reps  
 but then again your form is important too, wish i could show you  
 so with that kind of work out ud do those every other day to allow muscle to build up  

 for toning up u do medium weight, 15-20 reps, 3sets, every day  

 i think you should stick with the second cause a girl should have a muscular ass

Just use common sense.

theres no such thing as common sense in working out, the routines are very strict in number of reps, resitence, and timing - all depending on her goal

I posted pics because when ever I ask questions involving working out people ask for them to get a better idea of how often or how many sets and reps to suggest.
