| I think before you give up you should try this new device that just came out. It monitors the amount of calories you are burning. It wraps around your arm. I forgot what the name of it was (it has the word bug in it) to determine exactly how many calories you are burning a day and then to eat according to that. The docs say you have to eat 500 calories less than what you burn to lose a pound a week. If that doesn't work out then there has to be something wrong. Before a genetics card is pulled out from someone here, at least monitor this because losing weight can be done with simple math. What you're eating may not be all as healthy as you think. |

All I did to lose that extra 40 pounds I had around a year ago was to eat more veggies and watch my portion sizes. Not sure what I can tell you 'cause 1, I'm not a dietician and 2, everyone's different, so what works for me might not work for you. Maybe try keeping yourself hydrated and watching portion sizes?
I do that too. |

| Talk about diet pills with your doctor. some people just have a very set body weight. They can diet as much as they want, but they'll always return to that weight. It's their bodies comfort zone. with me, I can't weigh more than 110 pounds. My comfort weight is around 105. Try to keep it up consistently, because the bets way to loose weight and keep it of is a change in lifestyle. |

| Don't take diet pills. If you really are eating healthy/exercising and still aren't losing weight then maybe you should go to the Dr. You could have a health problem.. |
