They're great. I've been taking them for 3 days now and I have so much energy. I'm feeling fantastic. And I'm not bogged down thinking about food all the time cos it suppresses your appetite. The only thing is...I didn't realise until now that they're stuffed full of caffeine (like the equivalent of 2 red bulls). Normally I take them before I have dinner so I don't eat too much, but today I got back late from work and took one at 7pm. :S Now I'm not gonna sleep until reeeeeeeeeally late. But I've got so much energy. I just want to run! Run run run! :D In fact. I'm gonna go for a run now. byeeeeeeeee xxx

I took 24 once... made em throw up.
