In the summer I have an oily t-zone, but during the winter everything is dry and flaky. However, I still get a few gruesome pimples on my cheeks.

What kind of moisturizer can i use that won't aggravate them?

Remember, if your skin is too dry, your skin makes EXTRA oil to counter act it and thus more pimples

Proactiv is pretty good... it moisturizes without making you oily.
