There not there all the time, but they come a few times a day. When these pains are there I feel that I need to poop really bad. The only problem is sometimes I can't poop even though I try and other times it comes really fast and is loose. (sorry if that sounds gross). So LW has anyone ever had this happen before and what can I do to get rid of it. Thanks. I'm a guy BTW
