you know tanning is as addictive as smoking?
I don't have an addictive personality, i smoked for 3 years and last week i woke up one morning and gave them up without the patch, gum or anything. If i don't wanna do something anymore, i can drop it there and then.
If you're so pale, there's probably an issue with how many nutrients and such that your getting. Whether or not you get sun, you should still have a healthy blush, especially if you're a young female. As for sunbeds, I don't really have much experience but be really careful when you use them. Don't forget that getting a tan often/regularly ages and weakens your skin immensely, and also makes you more susceptible to getting melanomas and skin problems.

Yeah i know the dangers and stuff... as i said before it's because i wore foundation, nothing to do with my diet.
It's funny how people think pale is 'not healthy looking' when in reality tanning is actually harming your skin. Anyways, you should ask the people at the salon where the sunbeds are. They'll know what the best time for you is to remain the same colour, because it varies depending on skin colour and how much of a base you already have.

I didn't say looking pale on others isn't healthy but as for me.. i wore foundation on my skin which made me lose colour and my face looked significantly lighter than the rest of my body therefore whenever i didnt wear foundation everyone always assumed i was ill because i looked it.
