| It's unavoidable for the most part. However flexing or clenching your fist while receiving the shot can make healing slower. Just leave it rest. You'll have to put up with the minor inconvenience. |

| Slowly moving it up and down at the elbow may help. But it may take a day or two to get back to normal. If you get any weird reactions or if stiffness persists, you should go see your doctor ASAP. Don't try to use it for the rest of the day, just bend it slowly every now and then. |
