Since then I've gotten back to a stabilized weight of 126lbs but now my boobs are completely filling out my 34C bras whereas before they were big on me and the straps wouldn't even stay up. I just turned 18 and is this another spur of growth or my imagination?  Before this I'd been the same size since I was 13...

Have you taken birth control though? Because that could affect it. Mine grew this past school year and I just turned 18, so they're probably just still growing.
