TIPS please.
I'm going to San Diego.
And i'm too fat atm.
I didn't eat for 2 weeks..and lost 10..but then SOMEONE forced me to eat again.

 you can lose weight fast if you aren't hung up on being healthy.

You should be hung up on being healthy. There's no telling what you're doing to your body when you crash diet.

Crash diets just make you feel worse about yourself in the end. Get some tankinis that you feel comfortable in, and then work out when you get back.

No, seriously. Don't underestimate the power of different bathing suit styles at flattering any figure. It's still possible to feel beautiful.
