What is your regimine for taking care of your vagina?

Do you recommend douches?

Do you have any strange or unique techniques?

Soap and water works just fine for me.

Cloth & warm water...doctor's advise you don't use soap as it's harmful, and can cause urinary tracts...I don't know what you guys have over there, but we have 'dove' which is a soap that's actually moisturiser(sp?) so it's not harmful.

NEVER douche. vaginas are like self-cleaning ovens. they can take care of themselves. just clean the outside if the vagina with mild soap and water, and you'll be fine.

I shower twice a day so I always make sure I am very clean...other than that I don't really do anything special.
