I ride horses, and my english boots (they go up to my knee) don't fit anymore. I worry that if I keep doing what I've been doing, my x-high converse won't fit either.
Is it possible to tone DOWN calf muscles?
stop working them as much?
Seems like the obvious answer, but its hard to be on the varsity track team without working them.
Not only do we run a lot, I use my legs when I throw.
