I used to eat fast food 3 times a day, but now I've attempted to cut down on that. I try to only eat it twice a day. I don't eat a 3rd meal of the day at all.

I've at least been able to maintain a weight of 163. Does that seem too bulimic or anorexic?

I only eat 2 meals a day and I weigh more than that I think your fine.

163 isn't bulimic or anorexic at all, now if you were below 80 or 90 pounds then there'd be a problem.

But to answer you question I agree with visualcandyxo, try making your own food without using salt or sugar

Are you serious?

Yes. I know I troll 90% of the time, but this is a truthful matter.

how about cooking your own food..?
less on salt and sugar and still tastes as good..

The raw materials we have are either expired or can't go together very well.

i can't tell if this is a joke or not
ViLE Posted at 1:14 pm on July 10, 2009
It's not healthy n u will not be able to maintain it for long.

You should try to eat healthier foods in little quantities that way you can eat more during the day.

No, some teenage guys are just skinny. Someday you probably won't be able to eat fast food everyday and stay that skinny, though. lol.

If you want to gain weight now, you'd probably have to gain some muscle weight by working out.
