After almost a year of dealing with confusion and depression I have been taking a sanity quiz once a day for the past 3 days on a psychological site.

It says if I stay above 80 for more then 5 days to seek professional help

The first quiz was 178
Yesterday was 176
Today was 187

If you think you're depression is bad, and you seem so worried about it then I'd think that would be enough to see a professional. However, I wouldn't base it on a quiz. I mean the test is interesting enough and says some good shit, but it's still just a little test on the internet. It's not going to be able to tell you if you're truly depressed or insane or anything else.

If you have been dealing with confusion and depression for almost a year now, you need to get some professional help.
but good for you, since most people who are dealing with those same problems, refuse help.

good luck. :)
