So in Feb of next month I'm going to see my grandparents and uncles aunts and what every else not that I've not seen in over 10 years. I want to lose weight (Around 30LB's)
So little more then 2 months?
I'm a 17 year old male.
Think it can be done and how would it be done if so.
I'm open to any loss but 30 would be my happy spot for 2 months.
I've got a 250LB home weight set an full size exercycle and a nice lake out back to jog around i just haven't been.
