On and off they'll develop these hard lumps where the piercing is. I just felt my ear lobes again, and one feels even bigger than it normally gets and hurts a little. What the hell are those things and is there a way to get rid of them?

I've had what feel like tiny lumps ever since I had my ears done. I always assumed it was just where the tissue had scarred and healed. It might be some of the jewellery you're wearing or if you sleep with them in it might have been pulled or pushed while you were sleeping. I've had piercings for years and they'll get irritated from time to time. It just happens. workingatperfekt Posted at 1:21 pm on July 9, 2012 I get that too and I've had mine done for 6 or 7 years. I think it's pretty normal, but I'm not sure if they should hurt.
