I don't know on what mechanism these diet pills work in reducing weight. Any thing instantaneous weight reduction in short span of time is not good for health. | They really don't do much on their own without diet and exercise. A lot are stims and will get you pumped and they do raise metabolism. They also act as appetite suppressants which causes you to eat less. They help if you have a long term goal and a lot of weight to lose. Basically the key is determination. If you cheat a little don't get discouraged, just do your best to eat right(or the next best healthy alternative) And go to your workouts, just go. |
