I want to do a one to two week long detox diet. I feel so unhealthy and just gross lately. Also, I think it will be a good way to kick off starting to get serious about losing weight.

The thing is...I live with my grandmother. I don't know how to explain this to her. Plus, the only fruit that she buys is oranges, and I'm going to need a lot more and different fruits. And juices! But I don't want to make her go out and buy all of these groceries just for me. I mean...I could go get them, but she'd have to pay.

What should my game plan for this be? Asking for her permission and all. I'm 18, so I shouldn't have to get her approval, but I live in her house, so she'll need to be supporting me.
