I did not go see a doctor or anything, because I'm the kind of person who always tries to avoid doctors.
The pain eventually decreased, and I was able to play sports at 100%; my knee rarely bothering me.
However; I still can't bend it farther than 30°, and It really hurts when I try to bend it farther. I tried bending it gradually, but the pain still remains.
So, I guess I should finally see a doctor, unless you guys have any bright ideas.
Thanks

Another thing I added to my "What black people shouldn't do" list =) What? why shouldn't black people climb walls? So we don't risk getting knee popped out.
