drinking so.
I'm addicted to Dr. Pepper.
I've tried to stop drinking it a couple times,
but caffiene withdrawals are hell.
Any suggestions to help me give it up?
I gave up drugs I know I can this too,
just need to know how.
:]
I don wanna be a fatty no more.
=P

if its a fat problem and you absolutely feel like you need the caffeine, then switch to diet. but if youre doing it for the health reasons, listen to everyone else

take in less Dr. Pepper every day and drink more water. try exercising, the adrenaline should help counteract the caffeine withdrawals.

I know someone who used to be an alcoholic and he started drinking water and other things. Not going to bars for a while really helped him. Good luck.
