| if its a fat problem and you absolutely feel like you need the caffeine, then switch to diet. but if youre doing it for the health reasons, listen to everyone else |

| take in less Dr. Pepper every day and drink more water. try exercising, the adrenaline should help counteract the caffeine withdrawals. |

| stop buying it and start drinking water. drink once a month but don't go over that limit. |

| I know someone who used to be an alcoholic and he started drinking water and other things. Not going to bars for a while really helped him. Good luck. |

cold turkey. i had to give up caffeine and it's hard, and i have a pepsi every now and then. |
