what kinds of things could the doctor say it is??
An imbalance in your Equilibrium. Um, I don't know...loads of things. You'll never know unless you go see one. Ive been having the same problem. |

Omg, the same thing was/is happening to me. I don't know if its the same for you. I'm supposed to wear glasses. (I don't know if it had anything to do with it) But.. as soon as I started to wear my glasses again all of that went away. I don't know, go to your optometrist? It happens to me when I don't wear my glasses. I should go too. Go to your doctor. Also, do you have an ear infection? It could be an imbalance in your/with your(whatever it is) Equilibrium. Could be anything.

i read recently that the most common reason girls/women feel lightheaded and get dizzy is because they arent eating enough calories...it may seem like you are, but pay more attention to how much and how often you eat

I used to have/still have that. It helps to close your eyes for a second after you get up.

I was never quite sure why it happened to me, but I got it all the time for no reason. It's just go black. Now I get it because of my eating disorder, I know that, and I've fallen over before.
