if i know that there is 3g of Na+ ions per 100g of biscuit for example then how do i find the concentration of the Na+ ions?
-yes i know this is probably a stupid question.

It's not Concentrated. XD It's not a game of playing Needle in the Hay Stack. It's dispersed throughout the entire 100g.

Of course, with a chemistry set, there's probably a way to extract it. But that way, I'm not aware of.
