It lasts 30 minutes and is a complete waste of time. Right now they're just drilling it into the seniors' heads that they must pass the on-demand writing test  in a couple months for the sake of humanity....or something to that extent. I exaggerate. They've even gone as far as saying that if we don't do well then they take away parking privileges. Even though we PAY for those. And some people just aren't good writers, it can't really be helped. It's not fair.
