oh yes, it has finally arrived. Tomorrow is the day we go to the peak district to go for walkies for 4 whole days. in the wind/rain or it could decide to be nice and sunny.
i have the strangest feeling i have forgotten something in my bag and my mum is like refusing to let me unpack it.
its so fucking heavy, and i have pulled a muscle in my back so its going to fucking kill.
ohh and this is silver expedition,
any words of luck or advice =)

Keep your tongue, even your best friends can turn into the most annoying people on earth on these things. Wear socks at night, and I hope the weather is all right!

I've also done bronze with cadets. it's not easy but it's not hard, just bring everything on your kit list and any extras to help and you will be fine.

I've done my bronze, i loved every minute of it. You'll feel great once you've done and finished it. I hope you've got some good boots or else your feet are going to suffer.
