No, the First Amendment doest give you freedom of expression.

It gives you freedom of speech, freedom of religion, but not freedom of expression.

The freedom to wear what you want does fall under freedom of speech though.

How?

Where does it say freedom of expression in the First?
It's speech, petition, press, religion, and assembly.

heyRACH Posted at 7:24 pm on Dec. 9, 2008
no because you give up some of your constitutional rights when you're at school.

No, if you dont like it, dont go to that school.

Ditto.

When you go to a certain school, you sign a contract agreeing to follow school rules.

No.

That would be a hard case to hold up in a court. If it doesn't impend on cultural or religious attire you can't fight it.
