Replies xoxo1234 Posted at 1:52 am on April 29, 2007 What you really need to work on,as I told someone else yesterday, is not only ignoring the comments but not letting them effect you. You need to be able to brush them off and know that you're better then that -- no matter what they say just be able to be like, eh, whatever, I don't care, and I'm not gonna let whatever they say effect me. That's one thing to work on, but another would be to tell the school guidence counselor or a teacher (guidance counselor is better, but you can talk to whoever you feel comfortable with). Explain to them the whole story, don't leave anything out. Don't feel bad about giving names or anything, these people were mean to you and you do not have to be nice to them in return. Sometimes I can't help myself. Look kid, everyone knows that bullies look for easy targets. Stand up for yourself... all it takes is one time to shut them up. But you have to let them know that you're serious. Though that is my solution. Honestly there is not much you can do other than explode or just take it. You can vent here and to other people which might help keep you from bottling up too much. Just don't get in situations where they can make fun of you. I know that is not always possible but try to cut down your contact with them to the minimum. Also remember that they might have their fun now but you will probably someday be their boss.
