I have a really bad soar throat and I want to take some over the counter medicine but IDK if it will interfere with that. I was wondering if anyone knows anything at all about my medication and whether or not it is safe to do so. I wouldn't think it would, but in these cases it's best to contact your doctor directly and ask them. They'd know definitely and would be able to give you proper medical advice. From my quick search on the Gold Standard Clinical Pharmacology guide I didn't find anything specifically related to cough suppressants or throat medication. I'd still advise you to contact your doctor if you're not sure. It's better to be safe than sorry.
