He could just be very extra friendly and I might be reading signs wrong.  Are there any obvious differences between friendliness and flirting? Like should I look for . . . . certain eye contact, laughing?  What exactly? Its weird as a camp counselor cause there's not much time for talking or for even physically touching each other. Make small talk or something. He might not make the first move. Don't sit back and let the summer go by b/c you didnt wanna approach him. All you gotta do is make the first move/conversation and if he knows what he is doing he'll take it from there.
