So, I think I'm slowly becoming bulimic. I really can't explain it. But, lately, I've been making myself throw up. I don't know if I should tell anyone, or not. I'm afraid to tell my friends, because they're already on my back about cutting. And I'm just afraid to tell my family, just because I'm afraid of rejection or disappointment. And if I was to get help, who would I ask?

I think you should go to your family for help and about cutting too. It probably won't feel good to tell them but to then get help will be good. When you aren't cutting anymore and not making yourself throw up you'll feel better about over coming those things.

a school councelor, high school or college can help. My school even had a social worker. Its not always that they can solve your problem but they can help you break it to your family to get the help you need.

family can be hard to deal with. i delt with cutting/anorexia and alittle bulimia all at the same time and my family was the worst to be around. see a counselor. talk to a teacher you trust.

My family and I aren't exactly on the best of terms right now. Because bisexuality makes me a "whore."

If your friends truly care about you, they will try to help you with both cutting and bulimia. If you feel you can trust them with one secret, tell them the other as well. Every time you think about purging or cutting, call a friend and talk to him/her until the feeling goes away. Bulimia and cutting are definitely not worth it.

I know its not worth it, but I think I'll tell them. Most of them are trying to help. But I keep pushing it away, and now I know I can't continue that.

I think you should tell your friends. Keep in mind that there is a pretty good possibility that they will talk to your parents/a school counselor/someone.
