Has anyone had a dream of where their loved ones have died? I have regularly and I keep waking up crying, any cure or anything? thought I'd ask while it's stuck in my head. Also, is it healthy to draw pictures of them? I did some in photoshop... Edit: ...because I needed to express my feelings. Also, it's of my best mate, who I love.

I had a nightmare a few years ago that my dad had died and after I woke up I couldn't stop crying. Dreams like that are rare but when they happen, they're awful. If you're having them regularly something may not be right. Might want to seek professional help.

I always have dreams were I see my friends & family dying. I once had a dream were I watched everyone in my school die. Dreams don't usually mean anything, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Dreaming about death often means exactly the opposite. This is probably just what you worry about, and it reflects in your dreams. Dont worry, its perfectly normal :)

I've had that before but I didn't wake up crying though.

i have. dreams sometimes mean something but really sometimes it doesnt. um...when you have an argument with someone your mind tends to mess around with you. if theres a cure?? maybe. you just need to talk to that someone maybe there is something wrong with him/her.

The thing is also, I wouldn't normally set a topic on this but it's been happening for the last 3 months now since the easter holidays and I'm scared and kinda freaked out, I'm checking up on him constantly and he's doing ok when I check, sometimes miserable but apart from that, fine. I try to make him happy when he's miserable.
