-- Posted by Bud2400 at 11:23 pm on June 27, 2008 Inspired by the responses I received in this thread, I thought I'd make a poll to gauge how everybody on Livewire actually feels about reverse racism and whether or not it's okay.  So in your opinion, is reverse racism justified?  Or is it completely wrong?  Or does it lie somewhere in between? Below is a definition I provided for those of you unsure of what exactly reverse racism is: Reverse Racism (noun): Discrimination or aggression directed towards the political majority (either a member or group of that majority or the majority in general). Agreed, although it's a little more specific than plain racism.  As a phrase, it suggests that the person was discriminated against by the majority and, as a result of it, is racist (or prejudiced) against the majority. I don't mean being necessary combatant...just aware and careful. Just so that you don't embarass yourself or end up in places/situations you don't want to be in. I think black people in the South would know better than anybody what i'm talking about.
