The Hogans have some nerve saying that they're the ones with the loss. Their asinine son gets less than a year in a place where they still feed him and clothe him, and the victim gets a lifetime of being paralyzed. Grow the fuck up, Hogans. Nick is an asshole and he deserves to be in jail for much longer than a few months for what he did, but because he's a minor celebrity he thinks he can get off the hook easy. This is NOT justice. For example was anyone drunk? Whose fault was the crash? It wasn't vehicular manslaughter so I say 8 months was fair. There was no intent to crash. Yea, car wrecks suck but they happen.
