With anorexia is it possible to have areasod you abdomen that appear flabby because of having too LITTLE body fat? Like where there was skin filled out by fat or muscle that got lost by getting too skinny ?

It is not only possible, it is almost certain. I have been anorexic before. I weighed 96 pounds at one point. I looked like a brittle old woman. I has bones popping out everywhere and I  was flabby. I was under the impression if I starved and got very thin, I would look like those  toned thin models....not the case. When you starve yourself, you are losing MUSCLE not fat. So your body is eating away all your muscle(which is what makes you look toned) and LEAVING the fat on your body giving you a flabby gaunt body. Plus when you starve, you lose weight fast causing excess skin to come.
