-- Posted by MaryLin at 2:50 am on June 29, 2008 Mom just came home and told me a friend of hers died on tuesday. She had a female kind of cancer. She was very poor and never attended a doctor. The cancer was discovered like a month ago or something but it was already too late to do anything. May she rest in peace. -- Posted by MaryLin at 2:55 am on June 29, 2008 We weren't that close with that friend of mom's but she had a difficult life raising her kids all alone after her man kicked her out like 10 years ago. We always tried to help her by giving some things to them that we didn't use anymore (furniture etc). I knew she was sick but I never thought she'd die.
