-- Posted by Whitelighter at 8:25 am on June 30, 2008 I'm on the wait list at my top choice school - Elon University and they've persistently claimed that everyone would receive word by the last week in June. Well, tomorrow's July 1 and I've yet to hear anything from them. I've sent them numerous e-mails with more questions and comments and expressing my interest in attending the school but to no avail - I keep getting responses telling me that they understand and that there's no new information that they can provide; that I'll know by the last week in June. I don't know. I guess I'm just frustrated and tired of waiting. Is anyone else on a wait list? -- Posted by HatesYou at 1:55 pm on June 30, 2008 I was waitllisted and told to wait about a month for a reply. I ended up waiting and heard nothing from the school again so i moved on and took up the offer to attend one of the other schools on my list. This school offered me a lot more financial aid than the one that waitlisted me. A month later that school accepted me, but it was too late. They said i'd have to wait one month, not two. So my advice to you, just move on.
