Open Internet Explorer. (Click Start, and then click Internet Explorer.)
If it doesn't ask, then go back to the Start bar and go to 'Set Program Access and Defaults'. Go to Custom, under Default Web Browser, choose IE.

Open IE. Go to Tools > Internet Options. Under the Programs tab at the top section you will find your answer.
