i am pretty sure i am anorexic. i am a 14 year old girl. i started off at 155 lbs. for the past week i have not been eating much. if anything. i only eat when my mom tells me and even that its not much. i don't puke i just dont eat. last night i was like 145. i really don't want to tell my mom; she will never trust me again. i dont know what else to do. i dont really look over weight unless you re really looking. so what do i do? i want to get down to like get down to maybe 130. i don know how else to lose the weight

sweetie, if you are in the early stages, its not yet anorexia. talk to your mum, and if you really want to lose weight, go to a nutritionist.

by having a healthy diet and exercising for at least an hour a day. easier then starving yourself.

You need to lose the weight in a healthy way. You need to start eating again. NEED TO. You could also try eating healthy, avoid snacks and fattening foods. Start exercising and eat regularly. This is a much better way to lose weight than starving yourself, because starving yourself is very dangerous.

I do the same thing, except i'm in counseling right now for depression and all that crap. I weigh 130 and would love to weigh around 110. PM me
