I was wondering just how much people usually spend to make one single reply to an eHelp, in the case that it's a fairly broad subject (ie, not something which you can't write much for). I spend around 20-40 minutes. Also it depends if my advice is flowing or if i come to halts. Usually I copy an eHelp into word, and then as i come to a part where i feel i want to say something i write and give advice, basically splitting it up until I've given the advice that answers what the member wants. -- Posted by chelseamorgan at 4:01 pm on June 30, 2008 10-20 minutes, on an average probably. I can rarely write them straight off... it takes me quite a long time to concentrate long enough to write anything and then I tend to lose it part way though and go back to it later.
