How long do you usually spend drafting and submitting a single eHelp reply?

I was wondering just how much people usually spend to make one single reply to an eHelp, in the case that it's a fairly broad subject (ie, not something which you can't write much for). I spend around 20-40 minutes. I make a draft outlining what I want to say, then go back edit for spelling/grammar and expand on it.

Usually about 5-10 minutes. Not just eHelps, but on here and in my inbox too. That is what I usually answer. Not eHelps.

About 10 - 20 minutes. Maybe longer on some. I do it out on word and copy and paste it onto the eHelp and recheck for spelling and grammar.

However long it takes really. Also it depends if my advice is flowing or if i come to halts. Usually I copy an eHelp into word, and then as i come to a part where i feel i want to say something i write and give advice, basically splitting it up until I've given the advice that answers what the member wants.

10-20 minutes, on an average probably.

Sometimes you have to devote alot more time to them if they're longer, or the problem is more complex, or if you want to input your personal experiences into it.

Anything between 5 and 20 minutes. Sometimes more, it honestly depends.

It depends on the eHelp. I guess I'd say I average on about 15 minutes, but it can really be anywhere from 5-45 minutes.

Normally about 10 minutes, unless it's especially complicated or especially simple.

Probably about 30-45 minutes.

I can rarely write them straight off... it takes me quite a long time to concentrate long enough to write anything and then I tend to lose it part way though and go back to it later.

I don't answer many eHelps. =(

Usually 20 or 30 minutes.

I've easily spent 2 hours replying though. And 5 minutes on others. It varies.

It really depends on the severity of the issue.  I've spent as little as 10 minutes on some but then hours on others.

I try to address each situation the best that I can while taking all perspectives into consideration.

10 - 20 minutes.

But that all depends on the extent of the problem at hand.

I've spent as much as 3+ hours on an eHelp.
So, it varies.
Average 20-40 minutes though.
