i find it hard to explain. its like the difference between like and love. its just greater and more passionate.

dislike sounds more apathetic, great when describing an ex or anything really. i use it as to not seem like a morbid person.

hate- feel intense or passionate disilke towards something dislike- feel distaste for or hostility toward or that's what my dictionary said!

dislike is when u don't like somebody or something about them. hate is deep, hate is at the roots. i think truly hating somebody is next to impossible.
