i just used those things that those olympic guys use the ones u spin around on with your hands. xx

When you break, a lot of the strength you need comes by practicing the moves. For extra strength, do handstand pushups against a wall.

Yup, Ive practiced both the basic and baby freezes, 6-step, toprock and the like.
