Unless I'm really dense and have missed this option somewhere, David would it be possible to implement an option so that we can modify our eHelp replies if we feel we've missed something out or to correct something?

I check mine over usually, but there has been a time where I'd wished to add something, and I don't like making a new reply with the addendum as it seems like a waste.

one problem is that guests receive their replies through email, which cannot be edited.

members receive their replies in the inbox as normal messages, instantly, so once they're read, members probably don't check them again.

idk, i think checking them over before posting gets the job done most of the time...

As hithere as said, we can't really do that. As ehelp is open to non members, your reply once posted is emailed to the person who wrote the ehelp.

They wouldn't check them for edits though. If there's anything important you need to add in, then just make a new reply.
