I don't think you have the option of anything else right now that would be as easy, secure, and safe. I mean, you say you're practically on the streets now so you very obviously don't have the resources to keep on fighting with your mother. Set your differences aside and work something out. Also, I don't know how common it is, but I know in my town there's a place called Safe House where homeless kids or runaways and whatnot are welcomed.
