I'M NOT. I'm just not fucking hungry like their fucking fat asses. I do fucking eat. But they don't pay attention enough to know that I do eat. Just not today really......but I ate like a weeks worth of food yesterday.

just try to eat in front of her

Maybe she's just concerned about you?

Balance out how you're eating. For instance.. don't eat "a weeks worth of food yesterday" and nothing today. It probably appears to people you aren't eating. Try to get on a schedule of eating 1-3 times each day.

Duct Tape her mouth shut! It only needs to be said once.

I don't see how you can starve yourself, but eat lots of food... :/

Maybe she is concerned, but not going the right way about it.
If you ate LOTS of food yesterday, but then hardly anything today... That can be a cause for worry, because generally thats not a normal pattern for eating.

Don't worry about it. Mum's can be like that. One night I ended up in hospital with stomach pains and they thought I had a burst appendix and the doctor said to my mum " She's awfully thin, isn't she?" and Mum just blurted out " Oh yeah, she's anorexic. She never eats." She's also admitted it to extended family and implied it to my old boss!
