Here's the thing. I think I'm fat. My boyfriend person tells me I'm not. But my mom actually like encouraged me to lose weight. And she looks so like happy and proud like when she says I look skinnier. The thing is I weigh like 95lbs. (5'2") I know I'm not technically fat, but when I look in the mirror I dont like what I see. My face is round. My stomach is jiggly, and my thighs are ewh. I know I have issues....

You probably just need to do more exercise and stuff to tone up, rather than actually losing weight, you just need to firm it all up.

I know this won't make you feel skinny but being 5'2 95 pounds is really skinny. Underweight even. All those negative things you said about yourself are probably nonexistent, but you have a warped view of how you look. Just try to remember that and to stop obsessing over the scale.

I think it's important that you distinguish between actually being fat and maybe not being toned in areas that you'd like to be toned in. Being 5'2" and 95 pounds is NOT fat. If you think your stomach and legs are more soft than you'd like them to be, try some simple exercises like crunches and weights to help you tone them. For your legs, you DON'T have to do anything strenuous. Try walking! Best of luck!
