Ok its 1:10pm my time, and my sister brought me a whopper and it looks so good. It has mayo, cheese, lettece, and two meats inside, also it came with a med fry and she got my my fav a large diet coke. The problem is I ate at Mc donalds two hours ago, I had a big mac meal and a side order of another big mac which came with a large fry and a large diet coke. But then six hours ago for brakfast...........I had two bowls of fruity pebbles. Can this whooper be my snack and thats all I eat today? My goal is to lose 50 pounds and am only...lets just say 300 I don't want to get into exactly. will this whooper do harm?

If you weigh 300 and want to lose weight, you should avoid the whopper. Not only do you need to avoid the whopper, but the Big Mac earlier could have been skipped. What you should do because that would be a lot of calorie intake depending on what all you add or minus from it. Try eating salads, fruits, vegetables, slim fast shake, something healthy with fiber to fill you up along with some routine exercises.

i would sat eat somthng heathly i wouldn't eat a wooper if i was trying to lose weight

whoppers have a shit load of saturated fat.. its not healthy.. run away from it.

I wouldn't go to McDonalds at all if i was trying to lose weight. It's not well known for being a healthy place to eat.

Question: If you eat the whopper are you going to exercise afterwards to burn the calorie intake for today?

Throw it away. Avoid fast food all together.

Ha, I think so. I don't think it's the whopper, it's just that if you let yourself slip, it'll happen more often. When you wake up tomorrow, you'll be glad you didn't.

well today can be your "oh ill just eat w/e i want today" day. i think its okay to eat that, but tommorow you really need to start cutting back

if you really want to lose weight you will leave it. think do you really want to put on weight for a happiness that is going to be sort lived
