-- Posted by byebyebeautyful at 8:41 am on July 5, 2008 i spent my 4th of july with my ex and his friends and everytime i looked at him i wanted to kiss him and he would send me little text i want to kiss you. well im kinda seeing another guy, its not an exclusive relationship which that guy made painfully clear (this did hurt my feelings a bit) and last night around 2 he left me a message saying can we talk? but i missed the text and only noticed it today.. anyways, when iwas alone with my ex, the first moment we became alone, he turned around and kissed me and it felt sooo amazing, all my feelings for him flooded right back and we spent the rest of the night alone, kissing on his couch. what do i say to the first guy? plus i wonder what he wants to say, maybe he wants to leave me too? -- Posted by Cunning Stunt at 8:45 am on July 5, 2008 Tell him you found someone better. -- Posted by audrey820 at 8:45 am on July 5, 2008 All you can do is be honest. He hasn't done anything wrong to you. Treat him with the respect that he deserves from you. That doesn't mean go into detail. That will likely only hurt his feelings more and there's no reason for that. Instead, I would just tell him that you ran into your ex. And that you realized that you still have feelings for him. So it isn't fair to anyone for you to continue seeing him romantically when you know you have much stronger feelings for your ex. If you and your ex end up together, this guy will find out. So lying will only hurt him in the long run. Be honest, your heart can't be in two relationships.
