Title pretty much explains it. I'm leaving the rainy english summer behind me for a month and trading it in for the scorching unbearable heat of Arizona. Yes i know, i will die. Thing is, i have to embark on a 10 hour straight plane ride. What the FUCK am i going to do for 10 hours? Try and spot people joining the mile high club? Suggestions would be dandy.

It's not that bad. I watched the inflight movies, listened to music, played games, chatted with friends, ate and slept.

I hate plane rides to/from the UK, so boring so boring. Bring a good book/10, music, portable DVD player, etc. Not much else to do.

When you get there, be prepared for every person you meet to make a big deal of the way you talk. Every person ever until you leave.

They are going to have movies on the plane. And listen to music, eat and sleep. I've been on a 12 hour more than once. Get over it.

Always stays the same, nothing ever changes, English summer rain seems to last for ages. Personally, I wouldn't trade in the English summer for the world.

10 hours really isn't that bad man. I just got back from a 150 hour bus ride from seattle, washington to quebec city, canada. Now that was a little tiresome. hope you enjoy your stay in the states, mate. Whatch you doing in AZ anyhow?

Yeah, I had an 8 hour flight once and just stayed up a couple days before my flight and then slept the entire time.
