Have you thought about what you can do to stop being such a lame moderator and improve your behavior? Maybe the obnoxious race to the finish on mod activity would help. And also being a complete power whoring asshole. The fact that youre able to sit on the internet for eight hours a day and moderate, and annoy the fuck out of members for ego boost is an indication that things arent going well IRL.
