What do you do to get to sleep. Its 3:30 here and im hyper but want to sleep cuz if i stay up ill sleep all day.

Try this, lay down on your bed and MAKE SURE your comfortable, then physically try to make sure each individual part of your body is relaxed, once you feel totally relaxed, let your mind think and just keep wandering and eventually you will drift off....

I usually don't even try to go to sleep until i am really really tired. If you read your eyes will probably get tired and you will WANT to close them..
