I'm kind of thinking ahead on at least a starting job choice when I move with my sister. I guess I feel kind of picky at where I want her to be, overprotective maybe. But here are the choices I've come up with so far, that allow me to have a job and still have her nearby. Working at a hospital. Obviously not as a doctor or nurse, more like in janitorial services or in the cafeteria. I mean, it's kind of common for the bigger hospitals to have on site childcare for employees, which is great assuming that goes for all employees. Plus I'd get good insurance, and I could possibly include her on my insurance I think. Just good benefits. Working at a daycare center. I could be the one who actually does take care of her, at least for a while. It'd just be extremely close. And I don't know how all centers work, but the ones around here you get a discount if you work there. The only thing is that, one, I'm a guy, and that's generally not to common for guys to work there. And two, I'm gay, which for some reason makes it seem like I'm only there for one reason. No, I don't think so. So I don't know if it'd work out. Working at a business nursery. Like a lot of gyms or more adult places, they have nursery's for children. A mini daycare kind of. It probably wouldn't pay too well, but I could obviously bring her there too. It's also the same problems as the daycare center. Those are really all I've been able to come up with. :\ So I guess which sounds better? Any advice or other jobs more than welcomed. Or find a nearby daycare center which would be easy to visit or check in if I ever needed to.

Don't work at the hospital - anyone other than Docs and Nurses get screwed over. Maybe if you were a receptionist? Personel? I'd go for the daycare if I were you.
